Chef Ki built up his sturdy cooking skills at Wing Lei, Wynn Macau’s signature restaurant and the recipient of the illustrious Michelin star for eleven consecutive years and he continues to uplift his culinary knowledge and passion of executing fine classic Cantonese dishes in a contemporary approach. Chef Ki took on his Sous Chef position within 6 years of his culinary journey at FAM Park, a new contemporary Chinese restaurant which specializes in serving fusion Chinese dishes with ingenious plating style.
