Armed with more than a decade’s worth of fine dining experience in some of the most prestige restaurants in Hong Kong, Chef Calvin Choi is the former Executive Sous Chef of The InterContinental Hong Kong, oversaw the hotel’s Western F&B establishments and services. With the experience of working with one of the most renowned prentice of Michelin starred chef – Alain Ducasse, Chef Calvin has built a strong foundation on proper French cooking and gained himself a Michelin star at InterContinental's steakhouse within a few years into his role.
